In 1917, Mary appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal. Mary told the children to pray the Rosary every day to bring peace to the world and reparation for sinners. She also promised a miracle. A few months later, thousands gathered to see the “Miracle of the Sun,” where many people claimed to see the sun dance across the sky.
