When can I expect my order to ship? 

We try our absolute best to ship orders within 2-3 business days. If it is a pre-order, please check the listing page as it will usually have more specific information regarding when those items will be coming in. 

When will I receive my order?

Unfortunately, once the item has shipped we have no control over the timeline of its delivery. Packages shipped come with a tracking number that you are able to check to see an estimated delivery date. The Lettermail option has no tracking so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

What if my package is lost?

All packages except the Lettermail option come with shipping insurance. If your package goes missing, please reach out to us at ahumblehomeshop@gmail.com and we can help submit a claim.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We want you to be pleased with your order and to feel that it will bring beauty and peace to your home. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at ahumblehomeshop@gmail.com

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges up until 14 days after you receive your package. All items must be in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when sending items back and for a 15% restocking fee. You must have your return or exchange approved before mailing your products back so please reach out to us at ahumblehomeshop@gmail.com so we can give you further instructions on how to proceed. 

Why was I not fully refunded?

The original shipping costs (to get your order from us to you),any shipping insurance are both non-refundable costs. We also charge a 15% restocking fee. If you still have any questions about your refund, we are more than happy to answer those. Just send us a message at ahumblehomeshop@gmail.com

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer local pick-up. When you checkout, you should be able to select this as an option. We do ask that you contact us with a specific date and time you plan on stopping by so we can make sure we are home to assist you. 

Can I do returns/exchanges at the local pick-up location?

Absolutely. If you would like to save on shipping and view other items to exchange yours with, feel free to reach out so we can schedule an appointment for you.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. If you live in the USA, please contact us and we can try our best to accommodate your request. 

Do you take special orders?

As we are a small shop, we do not currently take special orders. We hope to offer this in the future, so stay tuned. Don't hesitate to reach out. If the item is from a brand we already carry, it might be possible. All special orders are final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
