THE DESIGN 

The front features a watercolour illustration of the Blessed Sacrament in a Monstrance surrounded by candles set for Eucharistic Adoration. Surrounding the image is the phrase, "You have given them Bread from Heaven, having all sweetness within it." 

Inside the card on the left is an excerpt from St. Matthew 28:20 On the right is space for writing when you offered up your Holy Hour and for which intentions. 

The back of the card has information about Holy Hours and the Blessed Sacrament.
